What this site collects.
Most privacy policies are long because the site behind them is busy collecting. This one is short for the opposite reason. Everything below describes the website as it stands today, and it is written so you can check it rather than take our word for it.

What we collect through this website
The guide form. If you request the guide, we keep the name, email, phone, and business name you type. We use them to give you the file and to contact you about the working session inside it. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not sell or share them. The file is handed to you on this site. Email us if you want that record deleted.
No first-party cookies. Our site does not set advertising or preference cookies. Your language choice is saved in your browser’s local storage, not in a cookie.
No advertising tracking. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising tags, session recording or an embedded chat. A small script selects the language; Cloudflare may add its email protection and visit measurement features.
What happens automatically
Your browser’s language settings choose the initial language; we do not look up your location. Use English or Español to change it. You can remove the saved choice by clearing this site’s browser data.
Delivering these pages involves processing some technical data.
Our network provider, Cloudflare, sits in front of this site and passes requests to our own server. In doing so it processes your IP address and browser details, as any network provider must in order to deliver a page to you.
Our own server keeps standard web logs — which page was requested, and when. These live on hardware we own and operate, not on a third-party platform.
If you email us
We keep the email. We use it to reply to you and to carry on the conversation you started, and for nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list because there is no mailing list to add you to. We do not sell, rent or share it.
Our email runs on Google Workspace, so Google processes it in the course of delivering and storing it, as it does for most business email.
What will change, and when
This website is being built in the open, and some of the things above will stop being true. When they do, this page changes in the same release as the feature — not afterwards.
- External booking. The booking link opens Google Calendar. Information you enter there, such as your name and email, is processed to manage the appointment and is also subject to Google’s privacy policy.
- A mailing list. If we ever email people who asked for the guide as a list, this page will say so, and every one of those emails will carry a working unsubscribe link.
- Analytics. If we add other measurement tools, we will describe them here. Changes to cookie use will also be reflected in this policy and in the choices available to visitors.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will do it.
If you have not contacted us or booked an appointment, server information is limited to technical details of the visit. The language preference stays in your browser.
