How we work together.
Plain English: what we do, what we need from you, and what happens if either of us wants to stop.

Who we are
Da’Nero Edge is a trading name of Chubbs Investments LLC, a California limited liability company. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Chubbs Investments LLC doing business as Da’Nero Edge, and “you” means the business or person using this website or our services.
What we do
We build websites and provide marketing services, including advertising, search, email, content and social media management. The proposal, quote or invoice you accept for each piece of work sets out its scope, price and timing. If that document and these terms disagree, the signed document wins.
What we need from you
Your content. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, the text, photos, videos, logos and other material you give us, and that we may publish them on your behalf. You are responsible for claims about your own products, prices, licenses and services.
Account access. When you connect a website, ad, Google or social media account, you confirm that you are allowed to authorize that access. You can remove it at any time.
Approvals. We publish content you have approved. Timelines depend on getting answers, material and approvals from you when they are needed.
Third-party platforms
Much of our work runs on platforms we do not control, such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram and Threads), Google, hosting providers and payment processors. Your use of them through us is also subject to their own terms and policies. They can change their rules, features or prices, or restrict an account, and we are not responsible for their decisions. When that happens we will tell you and work with you on the next step.
When you connect a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, because our uploads use YouTube API Services. Google’s handling of your information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
Payment
You pay the amounts in the proposal or invoice you accepted, on the schedule it states. Monthly services are billed in advance. Third-party costs, such as ad spend, domains or software subscriptions, are yours unless the proposal says otherwise. We may pause work on an account that is overdue.
12-month SEO & AEO offer
$200 today. Then 11 more payments of $200. $2,400 for the year. Your $1,000 bilingual website and first-year hosting are included. Hosting is $300 a year after that.
After the 12th payment, billing stops and the website is yours to keep. Once it's yours, you can move it to another host, and we hand over the site files.
If you cancel before the year is up, buy the website for $1,000 to keep it. Otherwise the site comes down.
Or pay $2,200 upfront in one payment. Paid upfront: no refunds once work starts. The website is yours to keep.
The first year is included. After that, hosting is $300 a year. Domain registration is separate.
No guaranteed results
We work to improve your visibility and results, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, reach, followers, leads or sales. Those depend on search engines, platforms, competitors and markets that nobody controls.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the work
Either side can end ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice, unless the proposal sets a different term. You pay for work done up to the end date. When the work ends, we hand over what you have paid for and remove our access to your accounts.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Riverside County, California.
